Antoine Finianos

Antoine Finianos is a Senior Associate at El Chaer Law Firm and heads the
Corporate and commercial practice. He worked with El Chaer Law Firm since 2006, and then acted as general counsel of a reputable multi-sector group.

Antoine has more than 13 years of experience in a wide variety of domestic, regional and international corporate – related transactions. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, tender offers , joint ventures ,strategic alliances, and corporate governments .

His extensive experience covers the incorporation of all types of companies , and the establishment of banks, financial institutions and money transfer companies. Working with local, regional and international clients, he gives advice on identifying the best legal and taxes structures for companies and groups of companies he has extensive experience in drafting commercial agreements and in advising on regulatory matters.

Antoine has been appointment legal advisor to multiple parliamentary committees .
