- On January 14 the Court of Appeals of Versailles ordered EBI SA to pay Commisimpex 30 M USD the property of SNPC (Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo, a State-owned company of the Republic of Congo).
- On January 14 the Court of Appeals of Versailles rejected the appeals of the SNPC (Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo, a State-owned company of the Republic of Congo) and confirmed the attachment of the 30 M USD deposited in an account opened at EBI SA.
- On December 16 Commisimpex sold a real estate property of the Republic of Congo, located at Vaucresson, 5 avenue de la Celle Saint Cloud, through an auction proceeding held before the Tribunal Judiciare of Paris, that has been previously seized by Commisimpex.
