The Republic of Congo has submitted a motion to vacate the enforcement judgment of a 2013 arbitral award rendered in the United States. On July 16, 2015 the Court has rendered a decision in favor of the client by which it has denied the Republic of Congo motion to vacate the enforcement judgment.
